**Job Title: Full-Time/Part-Time Night Auditor**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditors to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, processing guest payments, and balancing daily financial records. This position is available as both full-time and part-time, offering flexibility to accommodate different schedules.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform check-ins and check-outs for guests, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Reconcile and complete all daily front desk transactions.
- Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions post-business hours.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor building security and respond to any emergency situations appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required by management.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
